“ Picked this place somewhat randomly, as it was halfway between where we golfed and where some others were travelling from. Turns out it was a great choice. Service was quite good forgot to get our servers name, but he did a great job. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and all the food was well made and delicious. Only recommendation would be maybe have a little more selection for nonalc beer. Nothing wrong with ODouls, but there are so many better options out there now. ”

If we are headed to Acrisure for a show or a game we eat at Solanos. The food is consistently delicious and the service is superb. Excellent selection of wines and the bar serves amazing cocktails. We enjoy the delicious specials if he is serving sea bass just order it your welcome. Steaks are cooked to perfection, and the sea food is amazing...All plated beautifully. I love the scallops and shrimp and the blackened salmon. They are cooked perfectly every time. Butternut squash raviolidelish! Love their salads spinach and beets with goat cheese and the white bean arugula are my favorites. Paco will modify any dish for your needs as well. ”

“ Decided to swing by this place for my birthday to have some good Italian food and was not disappointed. Our server AJ was extremely friendly and attended to our needs. We started off with bacon wrapped dates. All I have to say is Yum. Then I had the linguini bolognese while my wife had the chicken Marsala. Both were very tasty. Some bad news they will closed for the month of August 2024 but they will reopen in September. ”

“ My wife and I golfed in the afternoon and we were starving. After a quick check of restaurant Google reviews, we decided to try Solanos and boy are we glad we did. From the drinks to the entrees, we were delighted. Our server, bartender Roy, was fabulous. He mixed great Cas Amigos scratch margaritas. He then recommended the short ribs, which I had, and my wife ordered the beet salad. My wife was was very happy with her selection and my short ribs were a taste explosion. Maybe in my top two or three in my life, including grandma Ss. I had the tiramisu for dessert and it was fantastic. The vibe was great. We couldnt be happier. In fact, were coming back through Palm desert to go to the restaurant in a few days to try the linguine bolognese the other Roy suggestion. I give this restaurant my highest recommendation. Sorry, we normally take pictures, but were starving and dived in. Maybe next time ”
